After 6 years of trying and a miscarriage we were blessed with Ava, and I couldn’t be happier.
I was a bit surprised when my my cycle didn’t start this past week so I took a home pregnancy test and to my amazement we are expecting. My mother-in-law says we are having a boy, I guess we’ll see.
UPDATE: Well “little bean” didn’t stick, I was very upset but can’t help but see Ava as more of a miracle than I once thought. The hardest part of all of this, is my brother’s wife will be expecting around the same time. I wish them nothing but the best but inevitably it will be a reminder of what we lost. Damn PCOS!
